DISABLED VISITOR INFORMATION
Booking tickets for Disabled
Visitors and Assistants/Carers
If you have a disability that restricts your
ability to attend the Show on your own to the extent where a helper is needed,
then a carer is admitted free.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org then you can
book both the disabled visitor's ticket (at standard ticket price) and also
your free carer's ticket and opt to have them posted out or emailed and print
at home. Simply let us know that you wish to book a disabled and carer
ticket(s) and we will handle the rest. You will need to bring proof of your
disability with you to the show.
If you choose to book online, there is no
option to book a carer's ticket at the same time as the system can currently
not support this. In this instance, if you book your disabled ticket (as per
standard ticket price) then you can collect a free admission ticket for your
carer when you arrive at the NEC on the door.
